The 2020 Jeep Wrangler is a classic off-road vehicle updated with a modern design for the new decade. It comes standard with a 2.0L turbo engine that delivers 270 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque for exceptional performance when off-roading. There are three engines total to choose from, including an EcoDiesel engine. Also available are either 8-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmissions.
With either two-door or four-door models available and plenty of mods, the 2020 Wrangler is an enticing option for those looking for a sense of adventure.
1. Removable Parts
The Wrangler is one of the only vehicles on the market that come with removable windshield, doors, and panels. You can remove the doors quite easily by unscrewing a few bolts and unplugging the wire harnesses. In the trunk, there is a storage area that can be used to store your bolts to make sure that you do not lose them.
A removable roof comes with every model and there are three removable roof options: soft-top, hardtop, or the Sky One-Touch power-folding top. The soft top is the standard version you would expect from a Wrangler with improved security and insulation. The hard-top option is available and comes in both plastic or monochromatic finish which matches the body color. The ultra-convenient One-Touch power roof can open or close on its own with the press of a button.
2. EcoDiesel Engine
The Unlimited model is finally available with a diesel engine. This is the first model with an option for diesel. It has a 3.0-liter turbocharged engine with 260 hp and 442 lb-ft of torque for low-end strength, effortless passing power, and all-around impressive performance. And with a fuel economy of 22 mpg city/29mpg highway, it is the most fuel-efficient Wrangler… EVER. Properly equipped four-door models are also able to tow up to 3,500 lbs.
3. Rubicon
As one of the top off-road performance vehicles, the Rubicon is a 4x4 dream with its rugged exterior and 33-inch all-terrain tires. The Rubicon has a Rock-Trac FWD with a 2-speed transfer case, a 4:1 low range, an 84.1:1 crawl ratio (manual transmission), and locking front and rear differentials. Hill descent control comes as standard, and there are other handy innovative designs such as stabilizer bars that disconnect. The Rubicon also has heavy-duty Dana 44 front/rear axles for enhanced durability.
High fender flares and tall tires give the Wrangler Rubicon a jaw-dropping 10.8-inch ground clearance. And the available LED Lighting system allows for access to features such as navigation, vehicle controls, optional 4G Wi-Fi Hotspot, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, Bluetooth, and other features to keep you connected and focused on the road at the same time.
To say the 2020 Jeep Wrangler is an amazing vehicle would be an understatement. With its customizable parts, available Ecodiesel engine, and Rubicon trim level, it is the perfect off-roading companion. But don't take our word for it,
